Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms had a bad mildewy smell and were very old and extremely outdated, they were surprisingly good in terms of comfort. Being within walking distance to the bay and having a great Italian restaurant next door added to the convenience. The service was a bit of a letdown with the charge for an supposedly upgrade, but the staff was sweet and accommodating, making the stay very nice despite the slow check-in process. The location was superb, just across the road from Mobile Bay and close to downtown Fairhope. However, the dining experience leaked, affecting our overall impression.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience for me. On the upside, the room I stayed in, which was at the far end from the reception, was spotless and offered a view facing out to the beach. However, the room felt outdated and didn't smell the best. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch; the staff are friendly and accommodating, very nice and helpful with any questions I had, and they genuinely care about the property. As for the location, it was amazing being just across the road from Mobile Bay, perfect for enjoying the beach and exploring downtown Fairhope. However, it was a bit disappointing to find out that the dining area leaked and the vegetarian dishes were limited. Despite these downsides, the facilities were decent, earning this hotel a fair rating considering the value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the one hand, the rooms were not up to par due to a disgusting mildew smell, but once the AC was running, it improved. The location was fantastic, right across from the beach and next to a great Italian restaurant. However, the service was painfully slow during check-in. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were decent in size, faced out to the beach, and the guy at reception recommended a fantastic restaurant nearby. However, there was a disgusting mildew smell and an old, nasty vibe in the room.
My stay at this hotel was simply wonderful. The exterior may not be the most impressive, but once inside, it was a pleasant surprise. The room faced out to the beach, offering a lovely view, and having parking right in front of our room was so convenient. The room itself was incredibly spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. The guy at reception even recommended a fantastic restaurant down the road, which was a great touch.
